gorro.net provides an AI-powered service to generate customer personas based on user-provided data and prompts. The Service is for informational and business strategy purposes. You are responsible for how you use the generated personas.

You, the user, retain ownership of the prompts and data you provide to the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you ownership of the personas and other content generated by the Service for you ("Output"). You are free to use the Output for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
We retain all rights and ownership of the Service itself, including our AI models, algorithms, and website design.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Generate content that is harmful, illegal, hateful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of our Service or underlying AI models.
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service (scraping) without our express written permission.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. gorro.net makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall gorro.net or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
